In 1988 with the help of family and friends, the doors of Elena’s were opened in Beaumont, TX.  We are very grateful that you have chosen to dine with us, and want you to know that it gives us great pleasure to have served you in the years past.  We look forward to serving you for many more years to come. 

All of our dishes are family recipes prepared individually with freshly prepared ingredients.  We offer a great variety of authentic Mexican food, appetizers and desserts, as well as ice cold beer, daiquiris and our famous sangria margaritas.

We offer catering service!

We can start you off with our fajita nachos, super combo nachos, or a bowl of our delicious Chile con queso with beef.  In the mood for fajitas?  Ours are the best.  They come with fresh homemade tortillas, beef, chicken, shrimp or mixed for one or two.  In the mood for a little bit of everything?  Try the Elena’s Deluxe.  It comes with a cheese enchilada, tamale, chalupa, Chile con queso chip, guacamole, rice and beans.  Some like to substitute our amazing mexicorn and chorizo green beans for the rice and beans.  We also offer daily Mexican lunch specials Monday thru Friday from 11:00am until 3:00pm.  Another favorite are our baked potatoes with beef, chicken or shrimp, and queso, sour cream and pico DE gallo.  We also offer over ten different varieties of enchiladas. 

 

Catering

Sometimes when you’re hosting a family event, it can be difficult to manage all of the tasks required while still enjoying the party. Managing courses, appetizers, and drinks, all while entertaining is no small task. Why not throw a unique family event by enlisting the help of catering services? Catering services are designed to appeal to every member of the family.
